Well each week im guilty of saying I flash my phone with new firmware, always trying the latest and greatest firmwares so I have tried a lot of different ROMs.
My absolute favourite is
Android Revolution HD ! I would highly recommend trying this ROM if you are using stock, it fixes all the annoying things that come with carriers default ROMs, as well as improving speed and adding extra features!
If you are feeling brave try out the beta version of
Android Revolution HD 4... it brings you the tasty gingerbread goodness to our shiny HTC Desire HDs but be warned it is buggy, with some random slowdowns but overall very usable <3 the best bit would be battery life is greatly improved!
I must admit that the slow downs gave me the shits so ive temporarily flashed Cyanogenmod 7 based rom
Killer Llama V2 which is so incredibly fast and light but I must admit I miss HTC Sense UI.
To bring back some of the shiny goodness of HTC Sense UI (Still no comparison but nice none the less) I would highly recommend "
Beautiful Widgets" from the market for just a couple of dollars it brings your stock android home screen some style again.
